    IndexDB is a solid choice for offline first/only. I went with RxDB for my own note-taking app; nvAux (https://github.com/matterofabstract/nvAux โ€”work in progress, not functional yet) which wraps around PouchDB which then in turn has an adapter for IndexDB. Itโ€™s nice because you can chain adapters and optionally sync to another location (server, file system...), all invisible to the user.
