Have you compiled the QMK firmware? The flasher is used to install your QMK firmware on the keyboard. Have a look at https://aathma2071.github.io/QMK-on-K2V2/. While those instructions are intended for the K2V2 you can extrapolate to the K7.

Have a look at Keychron K2 v2. If you're interested in tinkering with QMK down the road, this board's RGB version can be flashed to support it; note that this comes with the caveat of being restricted to wired mode only. https://aathma2071.github.io/QMK-on-K2V2/

Interesting. I googled it for my k2, it looks like it mostly works but RGB is less fancy and Bluetooth doesn’t work
