Can't stand Twitter personally, Pixiv is a way better place to browse or follow people for art. I douno how it fares as an artist but it's way nicer as a user then Twitter. The mobile app is pretty shit but there's other clients you can use such as Shaft which to be entirely honest makes it browseable at all

Also I'll happily mention that on mobile at least there's a very nice android Pixiv client which makes it actually usable for like browsing. It's called Pixiv Shaft course do your own research don't install random shit Bla Bla Bla

You can use SD Maid dev's batch remove tool. It uses accessibility options to automate clearing. It however didn't work as advertised for me and I had to manually click Library and hit remove buttons but easier than doing everything manually. Good for when you are bored.
