Pimax eye tracking so far (which will be nothing like the stuff done by Tobii for the Reality Series) is kinda silly unless you want to use it for something like VRChat. You can bang it into working shape good enough to play games with though, but I rarely find the fixed foveated rendering to be a problem in the first place, so dynamic doesn't offer anything extra there.
Anyone with eye-tracking can test this in VRChat?
