PhotoStation-Upload-Lr-Plugin
Photo StatLr (aka PhotoStation Upload) is a Lightroom Publish and Export Service Plugin that enables the export /publishing of photos and videos from Lr to a Synology Photo Station. It uploads the photos/videos and all required thumbnails. It can download comments and ratings and do a real two-way synch of various metadata (tags, ratings, labels). (by flingo64)

Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Lightroom workflow with Synology Photos
Once done I use Photo StartLr addon to sync photos from a publish collection to my synology Photo. Photos are exported as finals, but if I do any change afterward (ike tags or geofencing), the extension take care to re-sync the photo to Syno. SynoPhoto is fine with that as long as I don't throw too much work at once.

A couple nice quality of life plugins would be: Comment (which lets you use a keybinding to comment/uncomment things), Autopairs (which will make the paired brackets/parentheses/etc.), and Rainbow2 (which color-matches the pairs if things like parentheses).

Based on your reply I recommend taking out the comment plugin, replacing it with https://github.com/nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter-textobjects and https://github.com/numToStr/Comment.nvim
