Here's one I like: 1.5 tsp coarse kosher salt 1 tsp coarse black pepper 1 tsp dried minced garlic 1 tsp dried minced onion 0.5 tsp cracked coriander seeds 0.5 tsp red chili flakes 0.5 tsp granulated sugar

[Homemade] Smoked dino rib
I don't know, of course, what your track record with dino ribs are, but after fair bit of R&D, I have found that 280-295f give consistently good and "quick" results.
