I downloaded and installed the RG350 driver too and that still doesn't resolve the issue.

For the record, I did try to move some ROMS to the stock card. Windows cannot detect the device until I installed a 350 driver. Ftp did not work but sftp is OK but the speed is slow as 2XX KB.

Pulling the card out is a good way to corrupt it. Have you installed the RG350 driver (yes 350) and set network on the rg280 to login without password? Then try Filezilla or Winscp with address 10.1.1.2.
