Dwarf Fortress Raw editor support is here, looking for testers!
Then I hope you are prepared to wait quite a bit longer. As Notepad++ does not have Language Server Protocol (LSP) support. So adding this functionality is totally out of scope right now because it would require a totally custom parser. There are [projects](https://github.com/Ekopalypse/NppLspClient) working on this. But it is all very early stage.

Dwarf Fortress Raw editor extension updated (release candidate), try it now!
It folds based on indentation right now, but folding based on functional code nesting is planned. You can see our roadmap here: https://gitlab.com/df-modding-tools/df-raw-language-server/-/blob/master/Roadmap.md

Or even if LSP is beyond your abilities, you could make a package with even just the syntax highlighting (which is part of the client): https://gitlab.com/df-modding-tools/df-raw-language-server/-/blob/master/df_ls_clients/df_ls_vscode/syntax-highlighter/df_raw.tmLanguage.json

Is there a way to publish an Atom package while hosting it from GitLab instead of GitHub?
But our project (https://gitlab.com/df-modding-tools/df-raw-language-server) is currently hosted on GitLab as it was originally a VSCode extension (we're only just adding Atom support for it as well now); would there be a way to publish an Atom package that's hosted with GitLab instead?
What are some alternatives?
comparePlus - Compare plugin for Notepad++
coc-ccls - CCLS (C/C++) extension for coc.nvim
NotepadPP-VDF-Languages - Notepad++ VDF Language Plugins
nppGitSCM - Notepad++ Git SCM
RandomValuesNPP - Generate random values plug-in for Notepad++. Use this plugin to generate passwords, guids or random datasets in CSV, JSON, XML and SQL formats. Use the fake test data for performance and QA testing to improve software quality in application development, reports, database modeling, webdev etc.
JsonToolsNppPlugin - A Notepad++ plugin providing tools for JSON like linting, querying, and CSV conversion.
npp-papyrus - Notepad++ plugin to provide Papyrus scripting language support to Notepad++, such as syntax highlighting with automatic recognition of class names/functions/properties, keywords matching, and hyperlinks to referenced scripts. It also comes with a compiler that can provide compilation errors in a separate list window, as well as inline annotation and indication where errors are reported, plus support anonymization of compiled .pex files.
