Yes it's cool, yes it was intentionally kept for a bit, but it was technically a bug since it was in Northstar.CustomServers, which aims to mimic vanilla server behaviour as much as possible. It was fixed with this commit and this other commit , however there is a server-side mod that puts this behaviour back in

i Need help with Northstar.
Manual is super easy. Go here and scroll down to the Northstar.release.v1.12.0.zip file - click it to download. Unzip the file, then copy the contents into your titanfall folder. Right click N* launcher and run as administrator and you're done!

Tf1 AND TF2?
If you're a PC player there's the Northstar client for TF|2 and iirc a similar project for TF|1. If you're a console player of TF|2 I believe there's lfg discords.
