Do you have the XCode11Toolchain or XCode12Toolchain? XCode 12 breaks compiling for XS Max and above. Use this guide to downgrade to XCode11. Check out the XCode bullet point in Section 2.

I took a look at the code for ‘your’ tweak HideDock14 and like somebody mentioned in the comments, it’s the same as my tweak development guide with the same code and same name. I’m 100% for people learning from my code but if you’re going to copy my code and put it out as your own tweak, that’s not on. I was willing to forget about this as maybe it was a coincidence. I then saw your comment saying ‘you can also checkout SpeedyCC on my repo. Make the CC animation faster’. I can’t find it on your repo anymore so maybe you deleted it, but it sounds exactly the same as my open sourced free tweak FastCC.

This guide should help you. It certainly helped me a lot. Besides that, look at open sourced tweaks on github to figure out how things work. For finding hooking methods, I use Flex 3 and I test things out with it before I write a hook.
