NextDNS Manager. App is a FOSS wrapper to NextDNS's private DNS services. You pick either this or DuckDuckGo's App Tracking Protection. But I like tracking protection via DNS filtering because it saves me battery power. I have had some difficulty using both together, but your mileage may vary.
