Have you tried any deprecated MyEtherWallet versions or perhaps MyCrypto - or any other Ethereum wallets that can have Ledgers connect via hardware wallet? Taho (formerly TallyHo) might be a decent option worth trying as well?

You should be able to manage your XDC using your Ledger as a hardware wallet in conjunction with a 3rd party wallet such as MyCrypto.

this is bad. Yes your wallet is forever compromised. You have to take your funds out ASAP. I would suggest you get in contact with the support of https://mycrypto.com/ they're a doing good work. Contact them. Metamask support normally isn't that helpful, but can be a way, too. Normally for compromised wallets they'll send you elsewhere, so you can ask them for direction.

Alternatively, you could connect your Trezor to software like MyCrypto (https://mycrypto.com/). From there, you can broadcast a transaction with the following properties:

I've been looking at different documents like Ledger Hardware Wallet ETH JavaScript bindings and I don't see anything for this.

In that case, is there a way to programmatically transfer my funds somewhere else? I noticed that there are methods for creating a transaction of signing a transaction, but I didn't find anything regarding sending a transaction to an other address. Here's a minimalistic Python implementation I'm using on my system https://gist.github.com/btchip/85b4018f0c421bd72c8f818ec31c69ef - from the client side of the bridge you can just use the HTTP transport of ledgerjs (https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledgerjs/tree/master/packages/hw-transport-http). However I wouldn't suggest to use the bridge and rather focus on a native webhid/webusb implementation as the user experience would be much smoother.
