Yes, it's very simple. Go to the link and download the 6.82 MB file. Make sure your laptop has 30% or more battery and make sure you plug in the charger before running the BIOS installation. If it's not 30% and plugged in, the BIOS will not install.

It's very complicated to set up and there's a guide here: https://github.com/profzei/Matebook-X-Pro-2018/wiki/Enable-BIOS-Secure-Boot-with-OpenCore. I forgot to save my EFI keys so now I can't revert back even if I wanted to.

Just to put to your attention: I updated my homepage with a warning against a user who stole all my EFI work for the exact same model of mine! ( ... i.e. Matebook X Pro 2018 with Monterey)

I was lucky there was already a guide on the internet, so it was just a matter of reading the documentation and having some patience :)

Yeah, that's the solution I came across as well. I don't really care about later macOS versions, Monterey is good enough. I'll give it a shot and update the OP.

OC. Use this repo, https://github.com/EETagent/T480-OpenCore-Hackintosh just copy everything as it is to the usb then add your macOS recovery images you downloaded.
