Does a "Corrected" Masoretic Text Exist?
I don't know anything about that particular digital text or about which text is best. I use Eliran Wong's Ralf-based text. I don't know if that text has the same digital provenance as the one you linked, but Wong's is ultimately based on a CCAT text with a weird license, so it may not be strictly legal. One of the Septuagints that Logos sells is based on a 1909 edition of Swete and is listed by them as public domain. It can be exported to HTML (a bit tediously, 100 pages at a time) and would be legal to reproduce. Both have the polytonic accents.

Help finding Interlinear texts
https://github.com/eliranwong/OpenHebrewBible and https://github.com/eliranwong/OpenGNT do this as far as I can tell.

Does a "Corrected" Masoretic Text Exist?
Machine-readable text based on the BHS without apparatus is available for strictly non-commercial use from Eliran Wong's Open Hebrew Bible project. His open source software UniqueBible.app is a serious pain to set up, but it's free and awesome. It's replaced Logos as my primary original languages Bible software.
