You could try the songpack I'm working on, it comes with it's own engine that's being developped alongside it.

My main project atm is a songpack-style mod, featuring hand-picked and iconic songs you'll probably recognize, along with a brand new engine.

What are some challenging mods
You could try out the songpack I'm working on. It's designed to be difficult, comes with a new engine heavily influenced by stepmania, some new mechanics, and a bunch more. It's still a WIP so most stuff is gonna be changed, tweaked, or added, but if you want to give suggestions and ideas just lemme know.

You can now also add mines to the list, from the songpack I'm working on. Essentially you need to avoid hitting them, as they deal damage to you if you tap them
