If you can't find any file that is seeded, you can go the DDL path (direct download). I recently developped a tool which is a bit like jackett, but only for DDL. It allows you to search on many DDL websites at the same time. You can have a look here.

And it's what I use to search for torrents.

I would never trust a site without an adblocker and keep uBlock active in Private Mode.

But with all this, you need to know what you're searching for, browsing for content is another story

Wow I'll have to check it out. Ever here of Jackett ( https://github.com/Jackett/Jackett ) ? Not sure if it possible or worth it but is a massive torrent indexer.
