Need help EFI for my hackintosh - HP Elitebook 830 G7

Big Sur 11.2.3 success on my HP Elitebook 850 G7!
It's my second build with OpenCore and it was a great experience hackintoshing such a great machine. Unfortunately probably my last hackintosh, it was a great 6 years but the Apple Silicone is changing the game. Mainly using it for work (development/Xcode). Here is my EFI for the reference hosted on GitHub (SMBIOS edited out)

I Don't know what I am doing wrong.
This isn't usually recommended, but since you already tried everything, take a look at other people's EFI's with the exact same specs as you(or similar) like this.
What are some alternatives?
