Alternatively, in obsidian git there is line authoring (git blame) under development which you could use as a beta tester. It shows the git author and datetime etc. next to each line - and is very customisable.

I don't have a larger video yet, but documentation is over at https://juggl.io . I use it myself to keep track of my current project in a visual way, as it can be seen as a "desktop" full of discernable notes and images! The idea is to really combine note taking and mind mapping here.
