Also, just by searching "apollo mrna" on Google, i got bunch of results, and the most intriguing is this "GMOD APOLLO, Genome annotation editor with a Java Server backend and a Javascript client that runs in a web browser as a JBrowse plugin. by Generic Model Organism Database Project." Choosing Apollo as the name of the software, of course haha.

You could always utilize Apollo (https://github.com/GMOD/Apollo) if you are able to set it up. Essentially you utilize evidence tracks (previous annotations, predicted genes, mRNA-seq data) to generate a single annotation track that can be exported as a gff3.

Rust dependencies management and licensing for closed source product
Almost all Android apps use (probably) a library for that. It scans your jar dependencies at build-time and generates a dialog component that lists all libraries that you use and their license text.
