can you make fnf mods without the psych engine and if not how can i download it?
Yes although harder to make an individual week you can use the Kade engine or the week 6 build of the base game, https://kadedev.github.io/Kade-Engine/ this is the Kade engine https://gamebanana.com/mods/309789 this is the psych engine https://ninja-muffin24.itch.io/funkin and this is the base game there are tons of YouTube tutorials out there that can help!

Version 1.8 of Kade added a functioning mod folder. Here is the only documentation that is available rn.
