I run my game in FoundryVTT and use the PF2e Toolbox. I don't know any external tools off the top of my head.

After the updating to 0.88 this is happening with my players actors. How can I fix it?
I don’t use Chat Images so I can’t say, but the developer is working on the Chat Portrait issues https://github.com/ShoyuVanilla/FoundryVTT-Chat-Portrait/issues/40
