Vehicle Control Addon (VCA) can lock your vehicle on a specified angle and turn your vehicle to the next lane by just using keybinds. Headland Management works with VCA and can automatically shut off tools and lower speed with the push of a button.

If you are on console then no. If you are on PC then yes you just need Courseplay (https://github.com/Courseplay/Courseplay_FS22) and I would also recommend Auto Drive (https://github.com/Stephan-S/FS22_AutoDrive) to work with Courseplay

Can you use CoursePlay to sell bales?
If you are on PC you can use the Autodrive mod for that. I don't know of any way for consoles unfortunately
