EloquentFilter VS Sentry

Apart from the validators, requests are passed through EloquentFilter-based filters - a very expressive solution instead of a bunch of if's and when's.

The CSV export button lives in Discover, which is a Business-plan feature (~$80/mo). On the Team plan, the export link just 404s (getsentry/sentry#101587).

It’s a pretty large app (I think >1M lines of Python). I ran a self hosted version for several years and found it performant and pretty easy to keep running and updated.
