Print quality issue
It would help to do a comparison. Another thing you can try it to use already excellent print settings, find them here: https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles.

Extrusion issues
You might want to try printing at 250 and see how that works for you. To me that looks like not enough heat and layers are not bonding as it's happening across layers. 120-130mm/s should be good on a Revo, it can flow around 11mm3/s, I had one on my 2.4, and I printed at 130mm/s. Do you have the parts cooling fan off or on? If on, what speeds? On my 2.4 I hold 58-60°C chamber temps and the prints look like crap with no fan. I run a max of 35% on ABS prints, it's off until layer 5. Check out Ellis's SuperSlicer profiles, I used the Revo one.as a base and modded as needed. https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles

Can't Stop ABS Warping - Need Help
Give Ellis super slicer profile a chance if you havent already. I was having great prints with that. https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles

All bad
What nozzle are you running on your Revo? Is that a .6 brass nozzle or obXidian? Do you have .6 nozzle profile in your SuperSlicer? 270 is high for ABS, I print ABS all day in my 0.2 at 250° nozzle 110° bed temps. I know you posted you followed Ellis' tuning guide but are you using one of his SuperSlicer profiles? https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles I run the one he has listed for V6/Revo on my Revo. But I believe these are tuned for .4 nozzles. His profiles are a great starting point.

Hi! What your real print speed for abs, pls and petg filament?
I have a Dragonfly BMO on my Voron 0. I'm running the Ellis Standard Flow 15mm3/s SuperSlicer profile on it. Max speed is 200mm/s and volumetric flow is set to 15mm3/s. I have tweaked/adjusted it to work with my printer and filament. I have not had very good luck with Cura on my Vorons, I use SuperSlicer, but I know others that only use Cura and it works great for them. https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles

How to get a nice first layer
Not a bad beginning guide - however much of this is cover with the default PIF profiles they publish. I had to do very minor tweaking to those to get excellent prints.

Issues with PetG prints. Settings in comments.
The first thing I recommend is using a proper print_settings profile. I recommend the ellis SuperSlicer print profile, there is nothing better anywhere in the 3d printing world https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-SuperSlicer-Profiles You can also download my SuperSlicer config bundle that contains the Ellis settings from here https://github.com/bassamanator/Sovol-SV06-firmware/tree/master/misc including the printer config. Warning, my config is setup for Klipper, unfortunately for your use case.

One-stop-shop klipper config for the SV06
SuperSlicer config bundle that contains the printer configuration, as well as what are considered by many to be the best print settings available for any FDM printer. Find the differences between the different print setting profiles here. But basically, the 45 degree profile places the seam at the back.

I think I need a separate hot stone heatbed for my cat
Look at the details! I can recommend Ellis PIF settings.

How hard is this to accomplish
These are the Ellis print settings. These print settings are the result of ~2 years worth of meticulous work.

Poor layer adhesion with eSun ABS+
If you want real nice colors, Paramount 3D is the way to go. As far as settings go, I use slightly modified Ellis profiles. For ASA, I use my ABS profile but increase temps to 260.

"Hairy prints" with Klipper - Kingroon KP3S - PLA+
But, it's Blasphamy to to tell someone to use SuperSlicer without also linking Ellis' PIF Tuning Guide, that also links to his SuperSlicer PIF Profiles.

SuperSlicer default print profile
There are a lot of things you can change, but I think one of the most important things is your start GCode. If Cura is re-homing the Z for instance and SS isn't, that could explain why your prints aren't sticking. Another thing you can do is to export a sliced gcode file from both and examine what happens before the printing starts to determine the delta. I personally use Ellis' PiF profiles with a couple modifications to the machine/extruder limits to fit my machine and my start/end gcode macros.

Frustrating issues with larger print
I'm using eSun ABS+ with the PIF_Standard.ini profile: https://github.com/AndrewEllis93/Ellis-PIF-Profile/blob/master/SuperSlicer/PIF_Standard.ini I've slightly modified extrusion multiplier etc. as per the guide but everything else is stock.

SuperSlicer profile to print Voron 2.4 parts
The Ellis-PIF-Profile is a pretty common starting point that a lot of us use but you'll still need to adjust a few things to work with your particular printer.
