Getting magnet links by user in 1337x
I've also written a small script that takes an unlimited amount of magnet links from a textfile and creates .torrent files. you can let this run, and watch the output folder from your torrent client and they'll be added every x seconds without any issues: https://github.com/j-bill/magnet2torrent

is it safe to convert magnet links to .torrents with http://magnet2torrent.com/ safe?
if you want to do the whole thing yourself you can use this, however you should only use it when connected to a VPN, just downloading the metadata can also be considered copyright infringement in some countries.
