You can use my bot https://github.com/twonirwana/DiscordDiceBot to roll d100. If you want use a d100 use /custom_dice start buttons:1d100 to create a message with a button that rolls the d100 every time you click on it.

Dice roller bot with custom dice options?
My dice bot can create custom dice, see https://github.com/twonirwana/DiscordDiceBot . With numbers it is easy (e.g /r expression: d[1/2/2/8/10]). A mapping of dice results number to text/Unicode icons is also possible but a little more complex (e.g 1d6<=2?Blue<=4?Red:Black). The best is you can create buttons for the dice expression and all user can roll by clicking on buttons, without knowing the dice syntax.
