Personally, I just use DIM for this. Click on your armor -> click Compare, and there's a little switch in the upper right so you can just compare base stats.

Auto rotate not working on Android app
As a workaround I've found if i access the web url https://destinyitemmanager.com/ Then load the app from there, it does work, but if i launch the app natively from my device it doesn't.

DIM loadouts cannot unequip invalid mods
This may not be the exact solution we end up going for but we're aware this is a problem. I think a good way to cover this is by showing you the remaining steps needed to completely apply the loadout.
