Where can I find a good word list for a word game?
At some point I've collected some CC0 dictionaries, you can grab them here https://gitlab.com/EugeneLoza/DecoNouns see license.txt for specific sources. As far as I remember only nounlist_cc0_by_desiquintans.txt (the smallest one, <5k entries) is usable without proofreading, but I still encourage you to :)

Can I freely use "Collins Scrabble Words" in my game?
You need to find the licensing rights to any word list. There are free ones you can use with no problems, like https://github.com/wordnik/wordlist
