DDLC-LOVE VS devilutionX-3ds

You've got to mod your 3ds and then download DDLC for 3ds from this site, you can either use the .cia or .3dsx files. If you don't know what you're doing then you should look up a guide so you don't brick your 3ds.

You should probably make sure you are using the latest version if it is not already on universal-db. Unfortunately, the link explaining why it is "not recommended" is no longer working.

You need cfw (use https://3ds.hacks.guide/), then grab the .cia file from https://github.com/LukeZGD/DDLC-LOVE/releases/tag/v1.1.9 and install using FBI on your 3DS (FBI will be installed during the 3ds hacks guide)

Devolutionx is a port of the Diablo 1 game on pc. It uses the .mpq files that are extracted straight off the disc and then the devolutionx program reads it from it's folder on whatever accompanied system it's on. If you google Devolutionx you can find the github with installation instructions for whatever recent build is available.
