Is it possible to apply custom monet color before System UI is started?
For Repainter I enabled Autostart, set Battery Saver to no restrictions and locked it in recents. And the OS never kills it. But even if I do force stop the Repainter the accent colors stay as I configured them. If you're still having the problem of the OS killing background apps try this mod https://github.com/Cemiuiler-Development-Team/Cemiuiler and in it go to System Framework/Other/Disable kill background apps
