There's a Discord community and GIT repository called "A Series of Dice Based Events" that has full or partial conversions for all the 1E APs. Here's the Crimson Throne one.

3rd party adventures ?
That said, if you don't want to do that, I think Rise of the Runelords or Curse of the Crimson Throne are your best bet. Those are 1e APs (extremely popular ones!), but completed community conversions are available of both of those to 2e (linked above). There is also a completed community conversion of Skulls and Shackles - the "you're a pirate" AP, but that doesn't seem to fit the bill that you're looking for.

Full (mostly) conversion of the Curse of the Crimson Throne Adventure Path to Second Edition. I've worked almost 2 years on this and just finished. Please enjoy!

And, I know this isn’t your exact issue, but if you’re concerned about what data WG might be collecting, the entire site is open source, so even if you can’t (or don’t want to) dig through the code, you can be reasonably certain that other people have and haven’t found anything egregious.
