looking for an enchantment plugin for paper
to my knowledge, custom enchantments aren't supported properly by the game. this means that specialised lore and metadata instead needs to be added which the server checks whenever you use the item. take for example this plugin which requires a custom blacksmith to add enchantments. Hypixel skyblock has their own plugins for overriding vanilla features, from crafting to smelting to enchanting by using custom chest guis which pop up whenever you try to use an enchantment table (instead of the vanilla one)

You can’t have mods on a bukkit/spigot server. altho there’s a plugin called https://github.com/Slimefun/Slimefun4 that looks and feels like a modpack.
