You need to install LSPosed (https://github.com/LSPosed/LSPosed) and Core Patch (https://github.com/LSPosed/CorePatch) and apply it. This does the same thing as the last patch in LP

Hey guys, there's an app that I really like called alltrans, and it's very useful for live translations and there's nothing like it, it just has bugs in new versions of Android 12 and 13 that don't translate apps and the current developer has stopped since 2021, Someone to develop this? How Telegram Messenger circumvents Google Translate's API
On-device translations is quiet feasible, and there are ways to legally do this, such as this app [1] which translates other apps. Surprising Telegram chose such a route.
