Forge server ”anti-cheat”
You can consider switching to CatServer. It's an open source, Chinese 1.12.2 Forge + Spigot server. It's a lot more stable than SpongeForge when it comes to mods, and it vastly outperforms it. There's more Spigot plugins than Sponge plugins, and a lot of popular Sponge plugins are available on Spigot.

I'm still waiting for my server's parts to be shipped. Anyways, you should report an issue. NVM just saw your report. uhhh maybe you didn't install the server sided mod, but beware that there is an issue with LuckPerms!
