Got nostalgic for it, Does anyone know how to get CK2 Plus to work nowadays?
Here's the most recent version of the mod. It works with the most recent version of CK2. I guess this goes without saying, but don't try to run it with other mods or outdated submods.

I'm not sure where you download CK2+, but the devs of it put the latest version of it here. It works with the most up-to-date version of CK2.
