Is there a good source for freely licensed stylesheets for CCDAs?
There is always the old classic CDA.xsl from the Mayo Clinic and Tyylitiedosto but I am unsure of its license (a copy is at https://github.com/HL7/cda-hai/blob/master/HAI-R1-Normative_XML_Support_Files/schema/CDA/infrastructure/cda/CDA.xsl though this may not be the authoritative source).
