Which CAD related tools can allow plugins easily for viewing a library of models?
You can add your custom categories in SolidWorks Toolbox or Autodesk Inventor and dump your library there. If you need FreeCAD, there is https://cadbase.rs (cloud), and FreePDM. Also Physna, 3dfindit from cadenas etc, but they are paid.
