Can't install paper please on android
root BlueStacks, install the game on it, use a root-compatible file explorer like fx to go to the path System (Root)/data/app/com.llc3909.papersplease-1/ and copy over the 'base.apk' and 'split_config' apk, install on your phone using a split APK installer

I have a Xposed (works with lsposed) module that spoofs different device ids here is the github idk if it works on pixel but it worked on my Poco which is relatively close to asop
