How do I get word to do automatic CSE citations and bibliography?
If you are familiar with open source and github, you could add CSE styles to Word via BibWord, but be aware github is not very noob friendly, and the CSE XSL files are 5 years old. Visio isn't included but you can make your own installation with it using Microsoft's Office Customization Tool and Office Deployment Tool or you can use Office Tool Plus.

Don't remember but Office Tool Plus https://github.com/YerongAI/Office-Tool is a open source deployment tool for office, it make way easy to install a specific version of office with only the apps and features that you truly use, but you still need to use MAS or other tools to active after you install it using Office Tool Plus.

Remove specific apps from pirated office 2019 pro plus?
You can't remove the apps without uninstalling everything. You can create a custom installation with those apps omited. You can use Office Tool Plus to do this all for you if you don't want to do it manually. For manual setup you will need to make a custom config here and get the setup file here. Then open command prompt as admin and run these commands.
