I have the same problem. I tried the JER command to generate your own oregen info but that ended up corrupting my modpack.

I think it's hardcoded. But, if you using CraftTweker you can do something with tooltips like this.

I appreciate your time, I just ran through checking every mod that had changed... turns out that JER 123+ has an issue with op'd players. reverting to previous version, not sure why the pack was trying to give the alpha instead of the beta, but problem solved.

Just Enough Resources Not Working
It's a known issue. Based on the amount of mods that are causing this issue I'd imagine it's an issue with JER so you'll just have to wait for a fix or do a binary search and remove the mod that is causing JER to not work.
