Hello There!
Ryzen 7 5700U (8 cores, 16 threads), 8GB of RAM, integrated graphics. I think I passed though something like 6 cores and 6GB of RAM. It’s probably something to do wit me using AMD or something like that, I don’t know, I guess it will never work well anyway (or at least until they manage to do this)

Uses for NUCs?
the NUC8i5BEK makes an excellent Hackintosh (use these files). Wifi performance is not good but otherwise it's a very functional Mac for a cheap price.

GMK NUCBOX2 hackintosh?
The EFI I shared was built from scratch, following Dortania's guide for OpenCore. OpenCore is 0.7.5 debug version. I also used https://github.com/zearp/Nucintosh as reference.

EGPU help
The EFI is missing a required rename for the thunderbolt patch to work and maybe other things too. Clover based and pretty dated by now. Lot of developments since, specially with OpenCore. I think you will have better luck with something newer. Make sure thunderbolt security mode is set to legacy in the bios too.
