Hardware accelerated Discord streaming with game audio?
I am using Armcord. It works with Wayland, although I have not streamed myself on Discord (don't know if the sound problem persists).

Discord's "lucky" day hits Arch BTW once again with no update in the repository
You should check out ArmCord, it's a FOSS standalone client for discord that uses the web version, but it has better integration, as well as client mods if you want that.

Discord alternative client
I want to improve my privacy and now discord is a big border in front of me. I cant switch to matrix because my friends wont but i found some alternative clients which are blocking trackers and just using Electron like the original discord client. Do you know other good alternatives and why is yours the best? I found "ArmCord" and "discord-sandboxed". My question is can i trust them? Which one is better? Do you know more?

Any free discord clients/frontends?
Sadly no, but its more privacy respecting than the regular client for sure. FOSS options include: https://github.com/diamondburned/gtkcord4 https://github.com/uowuo/abaddon https://github.com/terminal-discord/weechat-discord (weechat plugin to use Discord within weechat) https://github.com/evelyneee/accord (seems to be for M1 macs) https://github.com/ArmCord/ArmCord (seems to support AMD64, not just Arm64) https://github.com/khlam/discord-sandboxed (sandboxing for standard discord client) There are others I'm sure. One easier option is to run the Discord code in a newer version of Electron. This still isn't open source, but it provides better security and performance. Arch users can use the AUR package discord_arch_electron, other users can just follow the commands in the PKGBUILD for said package and figure it out. Hope that helps. Keep in mind even if your client is open source, Discord's servers aren't, and while there will be some mitigation of data collected, it'll still be quite a bit.

Wondering about some pinephone uses
For discord there are some apps like ArmCord though I haven't had much luck getting it to work on postmarketOS (musl seems to have issues running electron apps right now).

My pinephone daily driver experiences so far
I recently found ArmCord but haven't gotten it working yet. I may spend some more time on this soon.

Simple Raspberry Pi Powered SMS Gateway
> MMS or Multimedia Messages are supported by gammu but they are stored in a binary format I have yet to find documentation on how to make something usable out of it for download. Any info in it is greatly appreciated.
You could look at this implementation: mmsd-tng [1]. It is used to handle MMSes on the PinePhone for instance.

Getting MMS working on Mobian (T-Mobile)
I installed mmsd-tng from Chris Talbot's repo (I don't run Mobian unstable and didn't wanna go fetch the package from there), and installed Chatty from Purism's repo per the Mobian docs. To be sure of no conflicts, I carefully uninstalled the existing Chatty via dpkg -r --force-deps chatty to remove just Chatty without taking Phosh out with it.

Weird tradeoff but great phone
Apparently MMS isn't used much outside of North America so it's not as high of a priority. I' on Mobian and use Janky MMS to at least receive them, but I still can't send them. There is also an MMS daemon that someone created to at least process them, but getting a messaging app to pick them up is still a challenge. They are also working on getting it integrated into Chatty. Apparently its getting pretty close but its kind of slow going because its mostly one guy working on it. So if you're any good with C (especially UI design) they are always open for more contributors.

My pinephone daily driver experiences so far
To get it working, you basically need a fork of mmsd (i.e. mmsd-tng) and you need an app that can pull the MMS messages in. The same developer who has worked on mmsd (kop316) has spent a good amount of time updating Chatty/Chats with his own custom branch, though it is quite barebones and really only allows receiving MMS images as file:// links in the UX. It sounds like Purism will eventually get around to implementing this in the UX but it may not be for months.
What are some alternatives?
