"You don't have an app that can do this" when I try sharing a YouTube link from my phone to my Chromecast With Google TV to play in NewPipe. Can I fix this using ADB?

Not. Google Play Services is not used in PhoneProfilesPlus (PPP). Also not any user secure information are send outside of PPP. Is opensource. Read: https://github.com/henrichg/PhoneProfilesPlus

Xperia 1 IV very quiet in my car via Bluetooth.
Depending on the car, some allow you to adjust the Bluetooth input volume, mine is set to high. I use my phone's media volume at 70% in car and turn it down manually for Bluetooth headphones. I also use different profiles with PhoneProfilesPlus - https://github.com/henrichg/PhoneProfilesPlus and the NFS sticker that automatically activates the car profile is very useful too.

PhoneProfilePlus - yes I could probably achieve the same result using either Tasker or AutomateIt Pro but sometimes a dedicated app is better for the job https://github.com/henrichg/PhoneProfilesPlus
