What design programs do you use instead of Photoshop, what do you prefer about them, what makes your chosen program better or worse in comparison, are their AI enhanced features like CC 2021, is there a Suite of applications that inherently work together, do I ever need to use Photoshop again?
Akira. This app is still in early development, but I think it is a really nice project. It is a vector graphic editor, graphic design software and vector art app.

How is the Darling project going? Anyone using it? Could I run sketch on it?
Thanks! I had only found Akira https://github.com/akiraux/Akira
- Akira is a native Linux Design application built in Vala and GTK

It's time to work on apps.... Any suggestion?
It's a big project for sure, but Alessandro Castellani is the dev for Akira that I could see being the blueprint/framework for the app. Check out his talk at edw where he demo Akira: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_Lyx550Js8 .
