Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Creating a custom server economy/money system from scratch.
Are there any tutorials on youtube/reddit/posts on how to make your own economy system that I may have missed? Not really. There is only this youtube video and this file on github. I had to figue it out for myself. Does it require too much skill and complexity for a beginner like me? Yeah, it does. Not only do you need to understand basic Java, Spigot and VaultAPI. You also need to save the Information about the Player (like the balance) in a File. A economy Plugin isn't somethig that's easy to develop. Is there actually a way for me to use plugins' economy system and link it to my own datapack? I dont think so. If it appears to be too complex and requires javascript knowledge, should I drop the economy system? Want you want doesn't sound that complex. Maybe you could use exisiting Economy and Quest Plugins from SpigotMC
