Realtek Audio is the biggest piece of crap ever to be conceived by a human being.
You should try this realtek mod That fixes most of your issues, not only that, it has some extras. Oh and before you do that, there's a link to a tool called "Rapr" which lets you uninstall realtek drivers completely (This is necessary before mod installation, otherwise it won't work or will be broken) Lemme know how it goes, cheers!

Why do I have to get passed a metaphorical minefield when I need to find and install Windows' drivers?
Just get the AAF modded Realtek drivers. Better in every way.

New M15 r6 owner with a few questions
Check this - https://github.com/AlanFinotty/AAFDCHDriverMod/releases - a bit tricky to set up, but can use Atmos and DTS-X at any Realtek device.
