I also did the challenge in Elm not so long ago, you can check out the repo, there is a live link where you can try out the GUIs: https://github.com/hunorg/7GUIs-implementation-in-Elm. I will review your code soon, till that I just mention that the Cells was by far the hardest in my opinion, but if you think through the datatypes well and learn using the elm/parser library, you'll be fine.
