Aside from mastodon what are some privacy friendly social media I should try out
For YouTube alternatives: odysee.com, d.tube, and 3speak.tv are all decentralized and censorship resistant.
-
Does 3speak.co have YouTube sync option?
It is 3speak.tv and I believe there is no such a thing.

Decentralization: Under your nose since 10/10/2021.
To those seeking decentralized, censorship-resistant alternatives to what we've been conversing on, it might not hurt to check out Hive. There are a few different ways to access the data, posts, and community. Peakd.com, Ecency.com (whale teeth for MOASS anyone?), and Hive.blog all have access to the same data, the same blockchain, they simply present things in different ways. In addition to that, Hive's blockchain is utilized by a decentralized video hosting site, 3speak.tv. As of yet, if you search for "MOASS", only one video pops up. We need to find a decentralized alternative before any attempt by Reddit admins to remove our gme subs
KenGriffinLies.com is hosted on a blockchain based decentralized social network known as Hive (hive.blog). There are a few front-ends available to interact with the blockchain, ecency.com and peakd.com being two alternatives to the original. The Hive blockchain also has a decentralized YouTube-type platform, 3speak.tv. A couple GME-related communities exist on the chain, but they're far from active.

Do any of Y'all know of any free Crypto Play to Earn games?
You need to have hive account first can sign up at https://3speak.tv/ Just search rising star nft on YouTube. It’s like indie game where you collect cards. I’m not good at explaining in details. Sorry

Opinion: We should begin the process of migrating r/superstonk to an independently hosted forum, before the inevitable Reddit IPO.
As you mentioned, Hive is one blockchain on which a few platforms run on. Ecency.com, PeakD.com, and Hive.blog all function on that ecosystem. 3speak.tv is a YouTube alternative that utilizes Hive, from what I recall. Pages like KenGriffinLies.com and Apes.army are also hosted on the chain. There are a handful of communities there aimed at recreating Superstonk. Example: Decentralized Backup For Comms and Data Preservation.

Why we need decentralisation: my YouTube account got permanently demonetised for no apparent reason
Can't arrive fast enough in my opinion. With options like Odysee, 3Speak, and D.Tube, among others, I'd love to see a big push toward decentralization of social media.

Reddit CEO says the mods leading a punishing blackout are too powerful and he will change the site's rules to weaken them
Sorry, but you don't need to code. You can install the software from any web hosting C-Panels. Or use a company that doesn't treat you this way. There are other alternatives as well, including some that are decentralized. Nothing Reddit does is unique, or hard to find in any of their competitors. For instance: https://getaether.net/ I highly doubt they are not getting paid.

Are there any projects out there that are fully federated? Each community being a separate instance?
Aether sounds like what you want though. It's a reddit-style app that is in the pure decentralization model.
