Private server with all the content/quests?
best bet would be ScapeRune, vscape, or 2009Scape

This is why you open source your private servers. Players want to develop missing content too!

Help creating a java ebuild (Maven)?
I've been wanting to write an ebuild for https://github.com/open-osrs/runelite

How Runescape catches botters, and why they didn’t catch me
It's a well known fact that if you don't move the mouse or the server doesn't get any mouse input for X game cycles, it logs you out. You can even see the same logic in OSRS: https://github.com/open-osrs/runelite/blob/804a3e85b81b1fb101dfff14e9e9302cb4331bfe/runescape-client/src/main/java/Client.java#L3856
