I spent some time working on this tool called IMDB-Trakt-Syncer which syncs user watchlist, ratings and comments for Movies, TV Shows and Episodes both ways between IMDB and Trakt. Also syncs episode ratings. You can use this script alongside PlexTraktSync and TMDB-Trakt-Syncer to get your ratings syncs across all 4 platforms! It should work on any OS.
